Are all the proxy servers are running 24 hours a day, if not then what is the approx time they are running. Actually i am trying to download 100 MB file from rapidshare using proxy and it will take approximately 6 Hours to download. So if there are proxy servers which are appropriate for me, then tell me some.
I am from India and now here is evening 8:00 PM(20:00).
